Tourism in MAC
Mising Autonomous Council (MAC) area is a place of beauty and serenity with the blue Arunachal hills over-hanging the green flood plains where a host of indigenous people with myriad colourful cultures, traditions and ways of life, live in harmony with nature.

MAC is gifted with three National Parks – Kaziranga, Nameri and Dibru Saikhowa located in its fringe area and the river island Majuli with its unique Xatras (Vaishnav Abbey) and Mising cultural life.

We have to offer you enchanting hills, dancing rivers, thick and dark forests, heavy rains, amazing diversity of flora and fauna, mysterious clouds, melodious folk music, thrilling dances and festivals, multitude of cuisine, handlooms and handicrafts, and above all, our peerless hospitality.

Our efforts for your comfort:
